Our Healthcare project experience consists of various medical and healthcare projects for new construction, renovation, and expansion projects.
Hospitals and healthcare buildings are extremely complex, necessitating coordination between all stakeholders with special attention to codes and standards, and a focus on functionalities achieved through adherence to NFPA 99 and ASHRAE Standard 170. codes.
Project Description: Duke’s Clinic
Included : Waiting Room, Foyer, Lab, Front Office, Exam Rooms, Manager’s Room, Storage, Rest Room, and other ancillary spaces, spread over 4,600 sq. ft.
Our Scope: This was a renovation project and we have worked with clients on a series of similar clinics in multiple locations.
Schematic Design inputs were provided as CAD backgrounds. The AEC Associates’ scope of work was on the input of the field verification (exterior walls, interior walls/doors/glass/millwork/power/ceiling) and producing a Permit Set using AutoCAD.
