Share your drawings, models, or brief. Within 24 hours, our team reviews the scope, confirms LOD requirements, delivery formats, and timeline — and aligns with your BIM Execution Plan before a single element is modeled.
MEP Modeling & System Development
Our Revit MEP modelers build coordinated 3D models for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection — referencing your architectural and structural models throughout. Equipment data, system connections, insulation, hanger locations, and access requirements are embedded as required.
Clash Detection & Coordination
We run full multi-discipline clash detection in Navisworks across all MEP systems and against architectural and structural elements. Hard clashes, soft clashes, and clearance conflicts are identified, logged, and resolved. You receive a full clash resolution report.
Quality Assurance
Every model is reviewed at two levels: by the lead modeler for system accuracy, then by a senior coordinator against your LOD requirements and BEP. No deliverable leaves our team without sign-off.
Delivery & Post-Delivery Support
Final files are issued via BIM 360, SharePoint, email, or FTP — in your required formats. We include a delivery note and remain available for review comments and revisions within agreed scope.
