Today’s architect has realized that today’s common man is aware and exposed to the variety of design that imagination and technology produce. And that true ‘class’ shows, in the finer details.

Another change in today’s approach to design is that 3D models are used at the concept stage itself. The most common software in this approach is Google Sketchup® or Revit™. In both, particularly in the latter case, designing some extent of details becomes essential to create the model.

This statement reflects how the phenomenon of ‘Detailing’ occurs in most architectural offices. Detail is something that comes in the picture after design concepts and design development is done.
