  • The adjacent wall should be at a minimum distance of 0.45m from the center line of the bidet.

  • It is recommended to provide tubs with a toe recess.
  • The shower should have a seat for the shower head at a convenient height of 0.45m-0.50m.
  • A grab bar should be mounted between 0.85m-0.95m from the floor level on the wall opposite the seat and around the back wall.
  • Slip resistant floors or rubber mats should be provided.
